Savagnin is a unique grape variety and the crown jewel of our winery. Its utmost expression comes the grey and blue marls it sinks its roots into. The AOC Château-Chalon is spread over only 53 Ha but it is the source of an extraordinary wine : The Vin Jaune (Yellow Wine) Château-Chalon is the greatest beverage among the kings of wines.
