WINE TASTING

We welcome you into our arched stone cellar built inside our 18th century family house. In this tasting room which was refurbished in 2000, you'll have the opportunity to taste a wide range of wines, including sparkling wines that are labelled "Crémant du Jura". We can host you as a family or friends group up to 50 persons. We're open from Monday to Saturday, from 8 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM. Summer opening times (from 08/03/2017 unti 08/31/2017) : Monday, from 8AM to 12PM and from 2PM to 6PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 8AM to 12PM and from 2PM to 7PM, and Saturday from 9.30AM to 12.30PM and from 2.30PM to 7PM.

VISIT OUR CELLARS

Discover our profession as wine-maker through a guided tour of the winery by tracing the main steps of our work: the winemaking cellar during thid harvest season, old wine-ageing cellars , the bottling process, labelling and commercialization.


Please contact us in advance if you want to come as a group.

Prices for groups include the visit of the cellar and the tasting of 7 different wines served with local and very famous cheese "Comté du Jura": 5€/pers.

    For groups of 4 or more people, €20 per person (VAT included), reservation required. Discover our estate through a guided tour of our facilities (see details under "Cellar Tour"). During the tasting of 7 wines from our range, we offer a pairing of 7 verrines.

    The verrines are signed by Chef Christophe Bassard from the restaurant "La Parenthèse" in Chille.

    For this season, we offer the following verrines:

    - Tartare of veal tenderloin Thai style

    - Zucchini rolls with ricotta and crushed tomatoes

    - Red tuna carpaccio rolled with herbs, seaweed marinade, and Kampot green pepper with salt

    - Shrimp, pineapple, and ginger skewers

    - Morteau sausage, Comté cheese, and hazelnut puff pastry

    - White chocolate macaron with morello cherries

    - Pineapple, mango, and passion fruit smoothie
