Taste seven wines from the estate paired with seven verrines specially designed to highlight the aromas, textures and diversity of our vintages.
Taste 7 wines from the estate accompanied by 7 carefully prepared verrines to enhance each vintage : 5 savory verrines and 2 sweet verrines.
The verrines are signed by Chef Christophe Bassard of the Restaurant "La Parenthèse" in Chille.
For this season (autumn/winter), we offer the following verrines:
1. "Handmade" Trousseau - Wrap with cooked ham from the Haut Doubs region, grated carrots like a remoulade
2. Cuvée Flor (Chardonnay Ouillé) - Smoked salmon toast, seaweed butter and Iranian black lemon
3. Les Prémices (Cask-aged Chardonnay) - Haddock rillettes and crab meat toast
4. Tradition "2 Grains" (Chardonnay/Savagnin) - Prawn tempura, curry mayonnaise
5. Vin Jaune Côtes-du-Jura - Quinoa verrine with herbs, diced Morteau sausage, Comté cheese and pumpkin seeds
6. FraisNésie (Elderflower Mousse) - Yuzu cream verrine, red fruit coulis and sweet pastry
7. Macvin du Jura - Dulcey chocolate cookie, pear pulp, salted butter caramel
