During your visit, we would be happy to introduce you to our profession, that of winemaker, by retracing the key stages of our profession: the winemaking cellar during the harvest, the old aging cellars, bottling, labeling and marketing.

The visit to our cellar will be followed by a tasting of 7 wines accompanied by Comté du Jura.

We invite you to enjoy a unique sensory experience with five Jura wines tasted blind , served in black glasses. A playful and refined interlude to rediscover the expression of our Jura terroirs in a new way, guided solely by your nose, your palate, your intuition, and your emotions.

Your experience begins with an introduction to the aromas of wine thanks to the Le Nez du Vin kit.

We will guide you in recognizing the major aromatic families and refining your olfactory memory, in an accessible and friendly approach.

Now it's time for practice:

You will taste 5 wines from our range , entirely blind, in black glasses. Without any visual influence, each sip becomes a true sensory exploration.

A tasting questionnaire will guide you throughout the workshop to analyze the wines, express your feelings and try to identify the wines offered.

A moment of exchange and sharing will conclude the experience, revealing the wines tasted and the secrets of their production.
