During your visit, we would be happy to introduce you to our profession, that of winemaker, by retracing the key stages of our profession: the winemaking cellar during the harvest, the old aging cellars, bottling, labeling and marketing.
The visit to our cellar will be followed by a tasting of 7 wines accompanied by Comté du Jura.

Accord Vins et Verrines
Let yourself be tempted by this divine moment!
First of all, we will start with a guided tour of our historic cellars, then the more recent winemaking cellar, through bottling, labeling and marketing, so you can experience with us the exciting stages of our winemaking profession!
Then set off to discover the complexity and richness of the Jura terroir.
For this we offer you the tasting of 7 succulent verrines* (5 savory and 2 sweet) accompanying 7 wines from our Estate.
The verrines are created by Chef Christophe Bassard of the Restaurant "La Parenthèse" in Chille.
For this season (fall/winter), we offer the following verrines:
1. Cuvée Flor (Chardonnay Ouillé) - Red tuna tartare rolled with herbs, seaweed marinade and green Kampot pepper with salt
2. Les Prémices (Chardonnay in barrel) - Haut Doubs raw ham cake, Comté cheese and mustard whipped cream
3. "Hand-Cousted" Trousseau - Verrine of pressed rabbit with trumpet mushrooms and crunchy vegetable pickles
4. Tradition "2 Grains" (Chardonnay/Savagnin) - Morteau, Comté and hazelnut puff pastry
5. Vin Jaune Côtes-du-Jura - Crushed asparagus with herbs and curry mayonnaise Vin Jaune
6. Macvin du Jura - Dark chocolate sabayon, brownie cubes, caramelized hazelnuts
7. FraisNésie (Elderflower Mousse) - White chocolate and morello cherry macaron

Immersive Experience in Black Glasses
Dive into a unique immersive experience with a blind tasting workshop where 5 Jura wines will be revealed to you... or almost! Served in black glasses, these mysterious nectars invite you to rediscover your senses, far from your usual visual cues. Let yourself be guided by your perceptions, your intuitions, and your palate to explore the richness of the Jura terroirs. This fun and refined workshop is an invitation to awaken your curiosity and savor every note. Come experience this unique sensory journey where each sip is a surprise and each moment a pleasure.
You will begin this experience with a 15-minute training session to learn how to recognize the general aromas of wines thanks to the "The Nose of Wine" box set. Once these aromas are well-immersed, you will move on to practice, with a selection of 5 wines from the range. Exercise your palate and only this one! Through a short tasting analysis questionnaire, will you succeed in identifying the wines offered?

We welcome you to our family wine estate, nestled in the Jura landscapes, for an extraordinary tasting: 5 carefully selected wines, paired with 5 artisanal chocolates specially created to enhance each vintage.
These pairings, created in close collaboration with local chocolatier La Tuile Gourmande, evolve with the seasons to offer you a constantly renewed experience that's sensory, convivial, and surprising. Let yourself be seduced by this decidedly disconcerting experience.
