In the heart of our 18th-century family home, renovated in 2000, we welcome you to our vaulted stone tasting room, where you can discover our wide range of Jura wines and Crémants. We invite you to explore our red and white Côtes du Jura wines, as well as the AOC L'Étoile and Château-Chalon. Vin Jaune, Macvin du Jura, and Vin de Paille are also available for tasting – these are the quintessential Jura wines.
We offer handcrafted, artisanal wines, made with respect for our ancestral know-how, passed down through nine generations. We wish to preserve this family atmosphere in which the estate has developed.
We are also certified as Independent Winegrowers . This label, which is particularly important to us, perfectly represents the philosophy of our winery. We make it a point of honor to preserve our independence. Not only do we cultivate, process and market our own production, from vine to bottle, but we also carry out our own distillation, planting, bottling, labeling and delivery.
Our estate currently cultivates 25 hectares of vines, spread across 3 geographical appellations:
Côtes du Jura AOC: 19 ha,
Château-Chalon AOC: 3 ha,
AOC L'Étoile: 3 ha.
The 5 Jura grape varieties are cultivated there, but white wines make up a large part of the estate: 50%,
Crémants du Jura represent approximately 30%,
Macvin du Jura 10%,
Vin Jaune 5%,
and the Vin de Paille barely 2%.
Our total production is around 150,000 bottles per year.
