We welcome you to our tasting cellar, to offer you a unique experience... A story that has been passed down for 9 generations deserves to be told! During your visit, we would be happy to introduce you to our profession, that of winemaker, by retracing the key stages of our profession: The winemaking cellar during the harvest, the old aging cellars, bottling, labeling and marketing. We offer you a journey through time, in the intimacy of our cellars, where we will reveal some family secrets to you.... Allow approximately 2 hours.

Our vintages are crafted in the purest Jura tradition, respecting ancestral know-how and the expression of our exceptional terroirs. From crémants to reds, including traditional whites, and finally Macvin and eaux-de-vie, we guarantee a true journey for your taste buds!
Cellar tour + tasting
During your visit, we would be happy to introduce you to our profession, that of winemaker, by retracing the key stages of our profession: the winemaking cellar during the harvest, the old aging cellars, bottling, labeling and marketing.
The visit to our cellar will be followed by a tasting of 7 wines accompanied by Comté du Jura.
Wine and Verrine Pairing
Indulge in this divine moment!
First, we will begin with a guided tour of our historic cellars, then the more recent winemaking cellar, passing through bottling, labeling and marketing, so you can experience with us the exciting stages of our winemaking profession!
Then set off to discover the complexity and richness of the Jura terroir.
To this end we offer you the tasting of 7 succulent verrines* (5 savory and 2 sweet) accompanying 7 wines from our Domaine.
The verrines are signed by Chef Christophe Bassard of the Restaurant "La Parenthèse" in Chille.
For this season (autumn/winter), we offer the following verrines:
1. "Handmade" Trousseau - Wrap with cooked ham from the Haut Doubs region, grated carrots like a remoulade
2. Cuvée Flor (Chardonnay Ouillé) - Smoked salmon toast, seaweed butter and Iranian black lemon
3. Les Prémices (Cask-aged Chardonnay) - Haddock rillettes and crab meat toast
4. Tradition "2 Grains" (Chardonnay/Savagnin) - Prawn tempura, curry mayonnaise
5. Vin Jaune Côtes-du-Jura - Quinoa verrine with herbs, diced Morteau sausage, Comté cheese and pumpkin seeds
6. FraisNésie (Elderflower Mousse) - Yuzu cream verrine, red fruit coulis and sweet pastry
7. Macvin du Jura - Dulcey chocolate cookie, pear pulp, salted butter caramel
